Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2026. These terms govern your use of JobFlowMe.
1. The service
JobFlowMe provides a workflow layer for automotive garages and their customers. It handles customer visibility, written approvals, and an immutable audit trail. It does not replace your garage management system, accounting software, or legal obligations.
2. Accounts
Garage accounts require a subscription. Customer accounts are free, forever. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Pricing and payment
Garage subscriptions start from £39/month (Communication Layer). See Pricing for current tiers.
No setup fee and no contract. Pay monthly, cancel anytime.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Prices may change with 30 days’ notice. Existing subscribers keep their current price for the remainder of their billing period.
4. Approvals and audit trail
The platform records customer approvals and messages in an immutable audit trail.
Garages remain responsible for workmanship, compliance with applicable law, and the accuracy of estimates and invoices.
The audit trail is provided as a record of actions taken within the platform. It does not constitute legal advice or a guarantee of dispute resolution.
5. Emergency calls
Phone contact is removed from the default workflow. Customers may request an emergency callback through the platform. Use of this feature is logged in the audit trail.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of all content you create within the platform. We process it solely to deliver the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and data integrity. The service is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted access. We will notify you of planned maintenance where possible.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access other users’ data, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification with at least 14 days’ notice.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
