Our commitment
JobFlowMe is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards.
Standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.
What we do
- Semantic HTML throughout the application
- Keyboard-navigable interface with visible focus indicators
- Sufficient colour contrast ratios (WCAG AA compliant)
- Alt text on all meaningful images
- Responsive design that works across devices and screen sizes
- No flashing or strobing content
- Text resizable up to 200% without loss of functionality
- ARIA landmarks for screen reader navigation
Customer portal
The customer job tracking portal is designed mobile-first with large touch targets, clear status labels, and high-contrast approval buttons to ensure accessibility on any device.
Known limitations
Some older PDF exports may not be fully screen-reader compatible. We are working to improve this.
Feedback
If you encounter any accessibility barriers, please contact us at hello@jobflowme.com. We take all feedback seriously and will work to resolve issues promptly.
