Data Deletion Request
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by JobFlowMe. This page explains how to do that.
Who can request deletion?
Any individual whose personal data is processed by JobFlowMe may submit a deletion request. This includes garage owners, staff members, and customers whose data has been entered into the platform by a garage.
What data can be deleted?
- Your account and profile information
- Job records associated with your account
- Approval history and audit trail entries
- Communication preferences and notification settings
- Vehicle history and service records
Note: Some data may be retained where we have a legal obligation to do so, such as financial records required for HMRC compliance.
How to request deletion
Email us at privacy@jobflowme.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request and include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your account
- Whether you are a garage user or a customer
- Any specific data you want deleted (or request full deletion)
Timescales
We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days, in line with UK GDPR requirements. We will confirm once deletion is complete.
